🏛️ Community Portal Accounts
Each account sees ONLY their own town's anonymized aggregate data — never any individual store's numbers. A town needs at least 5 opted-in stores before any data appears for it.

🎁 Referrals
One-time commission, awarded automatically the moment a referred store upgrades from their Pilot to a paid plan (Growth or Pro). Payout is a batch action per referrer — the "Pay Out" button only unlocks once a referrer's pooled unpaid commission reaches ₱1,000. Mark as Paid only after you've actually sent the money (GCash/bank). ⚠️ While billing is not yet active (see banner above), qualified referrals still accrue normally but are not payable.
